1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed on and all use of this website. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use our services.

2. Age restriction

Our products are sold exclusively to adults aged 18 or over. By submitting an order you confirm that you are of legal age and meet the legal requirements for purchasing nicotine-containing products.

3. Products and use

Our products are intended exclusively for private, responsible use by adults. Resale or any other commercial use is prohibited.

4. Conclusion of contract

By submitting an order via our online shop you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded as soon as we send you an order confirmation by email.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Information on delivery times can be found on the product page and during checkout.

All stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Shipping is carried out by independent carriers over whom we have no control; we therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, and no legal claim to a particular delivery time can be derived from these estimates. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you without delay.

7. Customs, import regulations and seizure

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may lawfully be imported into and possessed in the destination country. Import regulations for nicotine-containing products vary by country and may change at any time.

We accept no liability for shipments that are inspected, delayed, withheld, confiscated or destroyed by customs authorities, postal authorities or any other public authority. Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges levied in the destination country are borne by the customer.

In such cases there is no entitlement to a replacement delivery or to a refund of the purchase price or shipping costs, unless the seizure is demonstrably attributable to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part. Orders are placed at the customer's own risk with regard to national import regulations.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

9. Liability

SnusLab s.r.o. is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Applicable law

The law of the Czech Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of SnusLab s.r.o.

12. Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
