2. Data processing when visiting the website

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server. This includes:

• Name and URL of the accessed file
• Website from which access is made (referrer)
• Browser type and operating system

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure the functionality and security of our website.

3. Personal data when placing an order

When you place an order in our online shop, we process the following data:

• First and last name
• Address
• Email address
• Telephone number (optional)
• Payment information

This data is processed in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract and the processing of your order. We only store data that is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations.

4. Disclosure of data

We only pass your data on to third parties where this is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any further disclosure only takes place with your consent or where we are legally obliged to do so.

Payment service providers

Depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, the data required to process the payment (in particular name, billing address, email address, order amount and payment details) is transmitted to the respective provider:

• Stripe — Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland (card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Viva — Viva Payment Services S.A., Greece (card payments and local payment methods)
• PayPal — PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg
• Bank transfer — your name, the amount and the payment reference are processed by the banks involved in the transfer

These providers process your payment data as independent controllers or on our behalf, in accordance with their own privacy policies. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored by us.

Shipping

To deliver your order we pass your name and delivery address, and where required your email address or telephone number for delivery notifications, to the shipping company handling the delivery.

Hosting

Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Germany. When you visit the site, the data listed in section 2 is processed on their servers on our behalf, based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies to make your visit more user-friendly. Some cookies are essential for the shop to work (for example your cart), others help us understand how the website is used.
